From 20th to 26th January, 2018, the Norfolk Island Outrigger Ocean Challenge week had a 26km Round the Island Long Course Race, a 12km race to Phillip Island and back for the Short Course, and Sprint Races for V1 and V6. Social activities included were the Opening Ceremony and Blessing, a Beach Party evening for presentation of Short Course medals, and a Closing Ceremony, local food feast and presentation of the prestigious Long Course medals.
